Her Story
A Different Kind
of Approach
Paulina Rzeczkowska, MD offers body-led somatic work grounded in attuned presence and Ayurveda. Her approach is shaped not only by her training, but by a long personal journey of navigating anxiety, nervous system dysregulation, and periods of physical and emotional overwhelm.
Like many of her clients, she spent years searching for answers through insight, effort, and self-improvement — only to find that lasting change required a different kind of approach, one that included the body. Through her own work in somatic therapy and Ayurveda, she began to experience a gradual return to stability, regulation, and connection within herself.
This lived experience informs how she practices today. Her work is not technique-driven or outcome-focused, but relational, paced, and deeply attuned to what the body is ready to process. Clients are met in a steady, supportive space where held patterns can begin to release and new ways of relating to internal experience can emerge over time.
She brings together a background in Western medicine with somatic practice and Ayurvedic principles, offering a whole-system approach that supports lasting, embodied change.
Your body already has the capacity to heal. This work creates the conditions for that process to unfold.
The Approach
Relational & Paced
Sessions unfold through presence, timing, and safety — not technique or outcome. The work is guided by what your system is ready for, at a pace the nervous system can integrate.
Informed by Medicine
A background in Western medicine brings an understanding of physiology and the body's systems, informing a practice that is grounded, safe, and whole.
Rooted in Ayurveda
Ayurvedic principles offer a framework for understanding constitution, digestion, and lifestyle — supporting integration between sessions and a broader understanding of wellbeing.
