Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Notice Requirement

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This time is reserved specifically for you, and advance notice allows that time to be offered to another client.

To cancel or reschedule, please email dr.paulina@gmail.com or use the scheduling link in your confirmation email.

Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full session fee. This fee will be applied at the time of the cancellation or prior to the next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled start time is considered a no-show and will be charged the full session fee. If you arrive within the first 15 minutes, your session will begin from arrival and end at the scheduled time. No additional time can be added to accommodate a late start.

Packages

Late cancellation and no-show fees for package holders will be deducted from the remaining sessions in the package.

Paulina Rzeczkowska, MD provides somatic wellness services through SomaVeda. Although she holds a medical degree, she does not practice medicine in this context. Services offered are not medical treatment, diagnosis, or clinical care of any kind.

Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Care

Somatic sessions are not a substitute for:

  • Medical diagnosis or treatment by a licensed physician
  • Mental health therapy or psychiatric care by a licensed mental health professional
  • Emergency medical or crisis services

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, psychiatric crisis, or are in danger, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.

No Physician–Patient Relationship

Use of this website, submission of a contact form, or participation in somatic sessions does not establish a physician–patient relationship between you and Paulina Rzeczkowska, MD.

Somatic work supports the body's own natural processes. Results vary from person to person. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of outcome, and testimonials or descriptions of client experiences are illustrative only.
